About Rebecca
Twenty two years of steady hands.
Rebecca Sotelo is a licensed permanent makeup artist working from her studio on Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance. She has been doing this work for more than two decades, long enough to have clients who first sat in her chair years ago and still come back for every touch up.
Her approach is unhurried. A consultation is always free, a microblading appointment takes about two hours, and she follows up when it’s time for your touch up so your results never fade quietly away.
She works with both organic and inorganic pigments, and her clients range from busy professionals who are done redrawing their brows every morning to women rebuilding confidence after treatment for cancer.
